Caroline, who is Mauritian, holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Nice – Sophia Antipolis – France, and has more than 22 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Management and Property & Asset Management.
She started her career in 2000 in France with JSI French Riviera where she was employed as ‘Business Development Executive’ till 2008, and then as ‘General Manager’ from 2008 till 2013.
She came back to Mauritius in September 2013 to join the pre-opening Team of Holiday Inn Mauritius Airport where she was employed as ‘Head of Sales & Marketing’ until March 2015.
In April 2015, she then joined Max City Asset Managers as ‘Property Manager’, before joining Ascencia in May 2016 as ‘General Manager’ of Riche Terre Mall.
Since December 2017, she works at Le Caudan Waterfront where he occupies the post of ‘Head of Portfolio’.
Caroline was appointed General Manager of Heritage The Villas in 2022.
