Hotel Manager's Presentation:

Elodie joined Veranda Paul et Virginie Hotel & Spa as Operations Manager in 2019 and was promoted to Hotel Manager after 1 year.

Prior to this, she took the role of Chef de Rang at the notable restaurant Maison Paul Bocuse in France.

From 2015 to 2016, she worked at Club Med and was assigned different assistant management roles in the Bahamas, Dominican Republic and French Alps.

In 2013, she was appointed as Manager in Training at Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita.

Elodie holds a master’s degree in International Hotel Management from Vatel International Business School, France.
