Corporate Finance Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Operations, Finance, Marketing and Technical team
  • Interact with external senior professionals firms and corporations
  • Prepare comprehensive presentation to internal & external stakeholders
  • Interpret, collect & analyse data & information for management
  • Participate and assist in finance functions & special projects
  • Keep Superior informed about all unusual matters concerning any plans affecting his/her area
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers/clients/partners using principles of good customer service
  • Ensure high level of quality services are delivered at all times
  • Contact potential partners via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Manage resources and budget to achieve results
  • Identify opportunities/processes that can create value to the brands/group
  • Carry out comprehensive financial modelling & valuation
  • Assist in preparing detailed business plans for growth
  • Play role in strategy formulation & business planning
  • Participate in negotiations with potential partners
  • Review of agreements & contracts
  • Analyse macro & micro-economic data
  • Perform any other management duties as may be assigned by the Head of Finance – Operations

Candidate’s Profile:

  • Degree in Finance and Accounting from a recognized institution
  • Previous experience in Corporate finance in a Chartered accounting firm
  • Experience in financial modelling & deal making
