Main Responsibilities:
- Take part in training and implement accordingly
- Keep superior informed about all unusual matters concerning any plans affecting his/her area
- Assist Internal & External Guests
- Ensure efficient and effective luxury car / shuttle service
- Fetch and distribute incoming and outgoing internal messages/parcels to Guests within 15 minutes
- Fetch and drop Guests as and when required
- Ensure cold towel service upon Guest arrival
- Ensure having good knowledge of Geography of the Island
- Upsell outings/excursions to Guests
- Ensure efficient use of materials to minimize costs
- Ensure recording of Mileage are correctly done
- Ensure specific tasks are well recorded
- Ensure hotels’ vehicles are properly maintained, parked and in good running condition
- Verify the vehicles upon handing over and report any discrepancy to superior
- Ensure that the Luxury car amenities are well maintained and replenished as per set checklist
- Ensure that all transfers are done efficiently and on a timely fashion
- Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units
- Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society
Candidate’s Profile:
- Theoretical knowledge (Form III) and/or prior professional experience
- Driving license
- 3 Years experience in hospitality industry
- Fluent in English and French
