Guest Relations Officer

Main Responsibilities:

  • Take part in training and implement accordingly
  • Keep superior informed about all unusual matters concerning any plans affecting his/her area
  • Welcome Guests and assist for check-in / check-out purposes
  • Accompany Guests in their room & conduct hotel visit with Guests
  • Provide explanations to Guests with regard to room amenities and equipment
  • Conduct efficiently and effectively hotel visits
  • Attend to Guests’ complaints and liaise with HOD concerned for remedial actions
  • Give relevant and up-to-date information to Guests
  • Coordinate Guests wedding and any other special events
  • Collect Guests comments
  • Update Guests complaints
  • Compile Guests preferences
  • Promote upselling
  • Minimize wastage
  • Prepare daily events and forward to all departments
  • Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units
  • Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society

 

Candidate’s Profile:

  • SC level or equivalent, professional training and experience
  • 2 Years experience in a related position
  • Fluent both in English and French, a third language would be an advantage
