Overview:
Assist the HR Manager in the day to day running of the HR function & supports management in achieving set goals and objectives as per standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct Staff Recruitment and selection process
- Ensure a timely organised and comprehensive procedure to hire staff
- Conduct & ensure that employees receive adequate & satisfactory on the job training
- Assist in the building of an efficient team by taking interest in their welfare, safety & development
- Assist relevant managers in coordinating training events or programs including inductions for new Team Members
- Ensure constant presence in the operations to perform mediation, counselling, pulse check and maintain employee relations and satisfaction at its highest level
- Interact with Team Members to obtain feedback and suggestion for improvement
- Be responsible for the maintenance and adherence to the established welfare calendar and ensure 100% achievement
- Assist in compiling and maintaining various monthly statistical reports (labour force/turnover/absenteeism/overtime….)
- Assist on conducting Exit & Return to Work Interview with Team Members
- Participate fully in activities related to Team Members Engagement Survey Activities & Exercises
- Ensure that all salary increases / promotions are as per SOP, update HR records accordingly and follow up with PHRSA
- Monitor the procurement of uniforms / accessories as per budget
- Ensure that all actions and measures taken are in line with prevailing labour laws
- Participate in S&H Committee and actions
- Ensure that all Team Members are in line with policies & procedures, and provide the necessary support required
- Assist in preparing and updating statistics and other HR reports, monitor KPI and communicate relevant information
- Assist in implementation of all HR Survey
- Assist HODs in ensuring that Team Members are operating as per S&H Regulations & Policies
- Coordinate Transport of all Team Members with Transport Provider and sort out all Team Members Transport issues
Candidate’s Profile:
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or any other acceptable qualifications
- Fluent in English and French both written and spoken
- Previous working experience in HR
- Conversant with prevailing legislation, policies & procedures
