Junior Graphic Designer

Main Responsibilities:

  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concept
  • Create and manage digital and print designs for our marketing needs and outlets
  • Involve in all graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts, and generating creative ideas
  • Ensure that the designs/visuals promotes the vision of the company through high-quality graphic content
  • Ensure brand consistency throughout various marketing projects
  • Comprehend and master our brand guidelines
  • Manage and update in-house screen display
  • Deliver high-quality design to meet our brands’ standards
  • Estimate the time required to complete the work and provide quotes for clients
  • Develop and design a huge variety of products and collaterals, such as, posters, factsheets, flyers, cards, vouchers, product packaging, banners, event logos etc as per business needs and in line with brand guidelines
  • Develop and design Word and PowerPoint templates for internal uses
  • Attain strong layout skills essential for page composition along with taking suggestions and supervision from others
  • Edit and manipulate photos
  • Work as part of a team with multimedia designer, web developer, brand/marketing/sales specialists and operations team
  • Manage and maintain graphic files, including company logos, photos and designs
  • Assist the communication team with brainstorming communication and marketing strategies
  • Develop and print electronic files to different printing devices and proofing
  • Collaborate with senior designer and design team to produce the final artwork
  • Liaise between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met Able to give and receive constructive criticism
  • Maintain professional relations and appearance with all clients contacts off and on site
  • Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units

Candidate’s Profile:

  • Diploma in Graphic Design from a recognised institution
  • 2 years experience in advertising agencies is highly recommended
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Fully fledge with Adobe Design Software, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In-design
  • Knowledge of current trends in visual arts
