Marketing Executive – Heritage Resorts

Overview of the role:

The Marketing Executive will be instrumental in ensuring that our marketing strategies and brand initiatives are effectively implemented across Heritage Resorts.

This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to enhance guest experiences and brand presence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute the CAP 26 objectives and marketing plans that aligns for each business lines. (Heritage Le Telfair, Heritage Awali, Heritage The Villas, C Beach Club, Chateau Bel Ombre, Heritage Golf Club)
  • Golf: Use of guest data to leverage golf-focused communication/content during In-stay with proper identification, develop marketing initiatives to reach the budgeted rounds at La Réserve.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue & Direct Sales to develop and execute promotional strategy throughout the year, deploy successful marketing campaign and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Ensure that all signature experiences are implemented according to the defined guidelines (cahier des charges), maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency, provide ongoing feedback and reporting to the Marketing Manager on the execution of these experiences, including any challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct surveys and interviews with guests to gather feedback on their experiences, focusing on the impact and effectiveness of signature offerings.
  • Develop engaging marketing content to support our online platforms and marketing playbooks, including content for apps, social media groups, Google My Business, and other digital channels.
  • Review all activated Experiences and report Insights (Consumption & Revenue)
  • Work closely with Brand Ambassadors to increase the capture rate of our leisure business units, ensuring that their efforts align with overall marketing objectives.
  • Ensure the coordination between the operations and the S&M and Communications shared functions for all projects and matters relating to S&M.
  • Align all information between the Operation team (HR), Communication and Head Office (Commercial Team)
  • Support and execute the defined strategic and operational marketing plan that promotes the Rogers Hospitality’s overarching commercial ambitions.
  • Create and manage a Calendar of Happenings for the resort’s events, coordinating with various departments to ensure successful execution and guest participation.
  • To support the development of promotional materials, website contents, advertisement, marketing campaigns and other marketing-related materials.
  • Coordinate the production of all sales promotional materials and marketing campaigns

Other Responsibilities assigned:

  • E-Conciergerie: E Conciergerie – Ongoing enhancement of “Plan Your Stay” – drive more revenue (Online)
  • Social Media & Online Reviews: Monitor online reviews on platforms like TripAdvisor, Google, and social media to gauge guests’ perceptions of value. Pay attention to recurring themes, whether positive or negative, that influence perceived value.
  • Guest Segmentation and Personalisation: Enrich guest profiles through behavioural segmentation (based on their behaviour, preferences, booking patterns and spending habits), predictive analytics (to forecast guest preferences and behaviour to identify upsell opportunities) – Use of Data Warehouse/Customer Data Platform/Marketing Automation/Web App/Surveys/Interviews.
  • Market intelligence:  Research competitor offerings and unique experiences. (Visits of Competitors for HR)
  • Sustainability: Promote HR as a eco-luxury resort and highlighting our eco-friendly practices and conservation efforts across all touch points (In-Resorts, Online, Offline communications & tools)

Candidate’s Profile:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required.
  • 3-5 years’ working experience in the same field
  • Proficient in MS Office and a good knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen
