Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the coordination between the operations and the Sales & Marketing / Communication shared functions for all projects and matters relating to Marketing & Communication
  • Work with Communication & Marketing Teams to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
  • Manage the promotion and positioning of the Heritage Resorts brand and hotels in collaboration with the Communication department specialized functions
  • Coordinate the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with the Data/BI Team for Marketing analysis (product positioning, compset, etc)
  • Track all marketing and sales data and create detailed presentations for Senior Management
  • Use market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning
  • Participate in the development of packages and guest experience
  • Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
  • Approve and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
  • Work within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
  • Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback

Candidate’s Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • Proven experience in marketing management and marketing campaign in the tourism sector
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and time management skills
