Main Responsibilities:
- Take part in training and implement accordingly
- Keep his superior informed about all unusual matters concerning any plans affecting his/her area
- Regular check if client has any additional needs, and checks for satisfaction
- Ensure efficient use of materials to minimise costs
- Request items to replenish minibar as per minimum stock level
- Carry out inventories as per instructions
- Record, then charges all mini bar consumptions on a same day basis
- Follow strictly the procedure pertaining to master key
- Refill mini bars and works on a scheduled program of cleaning and defrosting mini bars
- Manage a rotation on slow moving products and returns them to the store before they expire
- Check all departure rooms and close the mini bars
- Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units
- Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society
Candidate’s Profile:
- Theoretical knowledge (Form III) and/or prior professional experience
- At least 1 Year experience in hotels or resorts
- Must speak English and French
