Minibar Attendant

Minibar Attendant

Main Responsibilities:

  • Take part in training and implement accordingly
  • Keep his superior informed about all unusual matters concerning any plans affecting his/her area
  • Regular check if client has any additional needs, and checks for satisfaction
  • Ensure efficient use of materials to minimise costs
  • Request items to replenish minibar as per minimum stock level
  • Carry out inventories as per instructions
  • Record, then charges all mini bar consumptions on a same day basis
  • Follow strictly the procedure pertaining to master key
  • Refill mini bars and works on a scheduled program of cleaning and defrosting mini bars
  • Manage a rotation on slow moving products and returns them to the store before they expire
  • Check all departure rooms and close the mini bars
  • Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units
  • Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society

Candidate’s Profile:

  • Theoretical knowledge (Form III) and/or prior professional experience
  • At least 1 Year experience in hotels or resorts
  • Must speak English and French
