Quality Manager – Heritage Resorts


  • In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a coherent adherence of all Business Units of Heritage Resorts to Rogers Hospitality Quality and Food Management System as guided by the Head of Quality. This will include the overviewing of all Quality & Food Safety operations and creating a service uplifting culture at Heritage Resorts.
  • This role reports directly to the Head of Quality of Rogers Hospitality with a functional relationship to the COO of Heritage Resorts.

Your role:

  • Assist in the setting up and maintenance of a Quality & Food Safety culture at Heritage Resorts
  • Foster a service uplifting culture across Heritage Resorts
  • Ensure coherence of a common Quality & Food Management System across all Business Units of Heritage Resorts
  • Establish and review periodically Heritage Resorts Quality Plan and Quality Objectives in collaboration with Head of Quality, COO & GMs
  • Ensure and coordinate implementation of agreed Quality Plan across Heritage Resorts
  • Produce regular Heritage Resorts Guest Feedback Consolidated Reports & Analytics and Share with Management Team
  • Coordinate the planning and conduct of external audits & inspections
  • Ensure Internal Audits are carried out in all Business Units as per pre-established calendar.
  • Organize and lead monthly Heritage Resorts Quality Review Meeting
  • Drive process efficiency, operational excellence and improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste
  • Create a culture of learning and innovation, implement training programs and promote knowledge sharing to enhance quality and food safety awareness and capabilities
  • Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units
  • Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned as and when necessary by Head of Quality and COO to support the overall goals and objectives of Heritage Resorts

Your profile:

  • Holder of a Degree in Hospitality Management and/or Quality/Food Safety Management and/or any other equivalent qualifications
  • Previous experience at Management level, preferably in hospitality sector
  • Assertive and good communication skills
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Initiative driven, dynamic and flexible
  • Has an eye for details to keep Heritage Resorts properties up to refined 5 Star level
  • Possess strong acumen to bring operational excellence and uplift service culture
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Mastery of quality concepts such as Processes, Procedures, Standards, Guest feedbacks, TQM, etc
  • Excellent analytical and written skills
  • Holder of a valid driving license
