Overview:
You will be responsible to develop strong and innovative communication strategies to drive traffic to his/her assigned brands’ online media pages and generate interest towards these products and services. Create content for each brand’s publication, and be actively engaged in graphic, photo and video creation whether in direct or with our design team/agency, employ effective tracking mechanisms to monitor the rate of response for all marketing campaigns.
Main Responsibilities:
- Update the brand’s website and all associated online platforms as needed
- In relation to social media platforms, create written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to engage
- Ensure that you produce a consistent brand message across all the social media channels
- Collaborate with Videographers and Multimedia Designers to ensure that posts are engaging
- Optimise content for publication across various social media platforms
- Schedule Social Media copy for release at optimal times
- Monitor users’ engagement with feedback on every post
- Ensure content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and tailored for different social media platforms.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
- Keep abreast of changes to all relevant social media applications
- Track & manage social media influencers
- Answer stakeholders’ questions about the brand, its products, prices, availability, and requests for partnerships
- Engage with social media users and respond to any mentions over Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+, Pinterest and any other determined platforms
- Prepare monthly communication reports and monitor KPIs
- Manage and optimize the inventory of ads
- Optimize e-reputation, related to various web communities, relationships with bloggers and other influencers
- Work with data analysts and perform own research to provide competitive analysis, and key measures to Brand Management for inclusion in strategy
- Participate to coverage of Events
- Work with team on development, execution, and communication of market level business plans
- Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units
- Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society
Candidate’s Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, PR or any relevant field
- Expert knowledge of all leading social media platforms
- Previous experience in social media marketing would be an advantage
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Knowledge of social analytics tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, in both French and English
