Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor the social media channels
- Assist with the planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to the website
- Define the strategy for our online reputation and representation through social media management by piloting online marketing campaigns on media channels chosen
- Increase the group’s presence into social media in terms of traffic and new leads, including display management
- Create contents and manage accounts & publications in all social media and web sites
- Develop e-marketing, with the goal of maintaining and expanding revenue, brand awareness, market share and profit margins
- Keep up to date with any social media trends
- Track and manage social media influencers
- Ensure you produce a consistent brand message across all the social media channels
- Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports
- Contribute to the company blogs on a weekly basis
- Assist with social media performance reports
- Engage with social media users and respond to any mentions over Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google +, Pinterest and any other determined platforms
- Assist with general day to day administration tasks
- Ensure coverage of events (Corporate & Hotels)
- Manage and optimize the inventory of ads
- Optimizes e-reputation, related to various web communities, relationships with bloggers and other influencers
Candidate’s Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, PR or any relevant field
- Expert knowledge of all leading social media platforms
- Previous experience in social media marketing would be an advantage
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Knowledge of social analytics tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, in both French and English
