Social Media & Communication Executive

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the social media channels
  • Assist with the planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to the website
  • Define the strategy for our online reputation and representation through social media management by piloting online marketing campaigns on media channels chosen
  • Increase the group’s presence into social media in terms of traffic and new leads, including display management
  • Create contents and manage accounts & publications in all social media and web sites
  • Develop e-marketing, with the goal of maintaining and expanding revenue, brand awareness, market share and profit margins
  • Keep up to date with any social media trends
  • Track and manage social media influencers
  • Ensure you produce a consistent brand message across all the social media channels
  • Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports
  • Contribute to the company blogs on a weekly basis
  • Assist with social media performance reports
  • Engage with social media users and respond to any mentions over Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google +, Pinterest and any other determined platforms
  • Assist with general day to day administration tasks
  • Ensure coverage of events (Corporate & Hotels)
  • Manage and optimize the inventory of ads
  • Optimizes e-reputation, related to various web communities, relationships with bloggers and other influencers

Candidate’s Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, PR or any relevant field
  • Expert knowledge of all leading social media platforms
  • Previous experience in social media marketing would be an advantage
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Knowledge of social analytics tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, in both French and English
