Spa Therapist

Main Responsibilities:

  • Take part in training and implement accordingly
  • Keep superior informed about all unusual matters concerning any plans affecting his/her area
  • Ensure an efficient and high quality service to guests
  • Attend to complaints of guests and inform Superior
  • Provide efficient product advices to guests after treatments or at any request from the guest
  • Be involve in all marketing operations
  • Monitor Spa Shop and replenish as and when necessary
  • Minimize wastage
  • Respect health and safety procedures
  • Inform Spa Manager of stock replenishment
  • Ensure that treatment advices suit clients needs and requirements
  • Perform set up of treatment rooms, laboratory, relaxation area and Spa facilities as instructed by immediate superiors
  • Re set up treatment rooms after each treatment
  • Ensure specific maintenance/cleaning of materials and concerned spa areas
  • Take the responsibility of the Spa Reception during the absence of the Spa Receptionist in preparing the daily tasks (invoices, consultations, reports, inventories…) and operate as per Spa SOPs
  • Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units
  • Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society

Candidate’s Profile:

  • Form III and above or equivalent, professional training and professional experience Recognised qualification in Aesthetics and Massage Therapy
  • 1 year working experience at Reception in a Hotel Spa Environment
  • Computer literacy
  • Fluent in English and French both written and spoken, a third language would be an advantage
